      Pregnancy exercises prevent from gestational diabetes and also build stamina for the pregnant women for labor pains and delivery. Before conceiving, if you were doing any sort of physical exercises or activity you can continue it but make sure it is not hard and not exerting pressure on the belly. Avoid former level of doing those exercises and adopt mild or moderate level. Wear lose fitting cloth during an exercise. Low impact aerobics are also good and lying straight on the back also helps in avoiding any pressure on the fetus. Exercises during pregnancy also help in having a good sleep. Pregnancy discomforts also get resolved if proper pregnancy exercise program is adopted.
