Well weight lifting is one of the best workout for muscle building and also to strengthen your body as well that is why people especially teenagers use to go for gym at early age to build muscles and to shape their body to look attractive . Some people use to lift weight at home because of limited time but i think people should go for the fitness clubs and gym where expert trainers might guide you on how to develop muscles and what foods should be taken before and after weight lifting . Finally i would say that weight lifting is good physical workout to maintain your fitness , build your muscle and improve your health for long time .

I have yet to see an "expert" personal trainer, unfortunately.no thanks jeff -
Post-workout supplements, like whey protein, are a must if you're trying to bulk up. I personally like pre-workout supplements as well, but they aren't at all necessary to be succesful.

The muscle is any type of exercise that you musclemen (not necessarily with dumbbells). Weightlifting, on the other hand, well it relates to the dumbbells
