That depends on your motor.

Well, I am using only Servo Engine Oil in my car...

It depends on your car's motor. It might seem simple to pick engine oil for your car. You just look for the starburst symbol that indicates the oil has been tested and meet the standards of the API. In addition, there's a 2-character service designation on the container. API's latest service standard is "SL." SL refers to a group of laboratory and engine tests, including the latest series for control of high-temperature deposits. Your third task is to pick the viscosity that's suitable for the temperatures your vehicle normally operates in, and you're done. Well, not quite. There's a whole lot more to the story than that.

really depends on your environment. Where I live, the weather is hot and very humid, this the thicker nature 20w-50 oils are really the only option over the much lighter 5w-30, also there is a significant reduction in chances of 20w-50 thinning out during extreme heat not to mention maintaining its viscosity.
