It doesn't sound pleasant, either... Does it work, though? -
I'm with Zyzz. Just increase your intake of normal food; supplements are expensive and unnecessary.

I feel like milk would be too filling to be able to drink an entire gallon on top of a normal diet, but maybe it works for some people. But then again, you'd probably just gain a lot of fat along with any muscle. Seems to me like a better idea would be just to drink a few glasses of full-fat milk each day. -
You can't really "buy" your way into gaining weight other than continuing to build muscle mass and eating more than you burn. To help with this, eat nutrient dense foods. And if you're so inclined, if desired/recommended, add fish oil (is also in pill form) and a daily multi-vitamin to your diet.time has fallen asleep in the afternoon sunshine

Well, yes. A gallon of whole milk has 2,400 calories. Add that on to your regular diet, and you'll gain plenty of muscle - and fat.no thanks jeff -
Thanks for the suggestions guys im not big with supplements I just eat alot of chicken and wheat bread, but i want to try something extra to take on the side,I heard about this weight gainer yesterday "meso factor 500" from a friend at the gym I'm gonna try it out for a couple of weeks see if it helps.

Well not really via but its obvious I need the weight, it helps being a few pounds heavier in my position. -
weight training. muscle weights more than fat, build muscle, and don't worry about the actual number.
also, get a notebook and track your daily intake for calories for a week, get an average. if your average is around say 1800 calories a day, that's one reason you won't gain weight. if you burn more than you take in, you lose weight. I put on 10lbs over a few weeks be taking in close to 4000 calories a day. doesn't really matter to much what you eat in that case, just eat as much and as often as you can. healthier is better, but the main idea is eat a lot, and try to make sure most of your food is giving you protein. more calories and more protein will give you results if your lifting as well.
