Okay I am turning 16 on September 4th weigh like 108 or so 5'3 and I'm really skinny and small except I have like this pouch on my tummy where a baby would be growing (no I'm not preggers) and used to all I'd have to do is walk it off by walking for.couple of hours but that doesn't work anymore and I was wondering ways to make that pouch go away and get my body how I love it back?

Take a knife and cut your stomach open and let all the fat come out. Trust me, this works.

Actually I've been for weeks now and barley a difference. I was also told situps don't work out that specific area. -
they do work your abs, how many have you been doing? if there a reason you have this belly at all or dont you know?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

You can't spot train, you have to work out all your muscles and tone all over. I would suggest exercises that get your heart rate up. If walking isn't working anymore then it may be because your body has become too use to that particular movement/speed/heart rate for it to have any effect. Try running, speed biking, strength training and calisthenics.

Yea that would be best I get out of breath easily haha I just need to stop being lazy and get active! -

Calisthenics are just exercises that really get you moving. Like dancing or jumping/skipping or boxing or burpies (especially burpies). Stretches also count. Calisthenics ensure that every possible part of your body is worked equally.
And haha, I definitely know how being lazy can be, particularly in the summer. I've been so slack on exercising the last few months. :p -

Ikr i school starts in like less than 20 days and it always gets me motivated I should be fine haha! Thanks for the advice thou that's what I needed -

With anything, basic "slimming" is your best bet, but abdominal workouts also help to tighten the skin/build muscle around that area.time has fallen asleep in the afternoon sunshine

Before anything else , i would like you to know that here in the Philippines the date of today is August 4, 2012 and you have stated on your post that you were turning to 16 in this date . So a greetings for your birthday would be the first to grant off . Next, your problem was my problem too but i am now doing my operation plan to take off my belly of and so i become out of pouch figure. I do not eat at night while i am widely awake , i allow myself to get starve not until i lose my appetite for tomorrow's meal,breakfast meal. A long sleep will be follow until 12 nn that's when i go for eating session where i eat a lotin order for me to obtain energy for my school activities. And now , i noticed my belly became flatten but not so perfectly , I am still continue doing my op. plan .
