Just wanted to be helpful in case you guys are stuck on ideas for workouts. There's this one I'm doing, it's freaking amazing.
What you have to do, is get a tire. Any tire will do. Then, pick a place in your backyard that is open and not in the middle of everything. Then, fill up the tire (the middle) with sand. Finally, get a sledgehammer, and hammer away. Remember to alternate which hands are where, and make sure you are swinging it right. A few sets of these will work out your whole body.
I remember hearing about some famous boxer doing it. Just something to look into.
