So. I am a young teen girl. I also happen to be dyspraxic ( muscle weakness, fine motor disorder and all that jazz). I have a reasonably average body but wish I was stronger, no I'm not an anorexic, I am just worried I will start getting fat now. Also I want my muscle to show through slightly ( not body builder huge, but just slightly so I look a bit more athletic) can anyone give me some advice or a website. With a good routine on it cos it has been on my mind for a long time. Thank you in advance. Jay.co
