I just recently had heart surgery in March and my right arm is really weak since they put the pacemaker on that side since I'm left handed and lately I've been having problems lifting things because my arm so weak. Does anybody know what type of things I could try to build my strength back up in that arm??
Any ideas on how to build your muscles back up

Lift things that are hard to lift. Its really, that simple.

Ok thanks but I'm just so scared of one of the leads coming loose since the wires come across my chest to my heart

start with smaller weights. Talk to your doctor if you're scared of potential injury, as they can recommend what kind of exercise works best for you.

I'd really suggest seeing a physical therapist for at least a consult. They can tell you what might cause you harm and what will actually help build up strength. Be really careful of those leads. You have to know how important it is that nothing falls out of alignment ha.~*~

You could start by learning what run-on sentences are and not writing them because they're really annoying and hard to read and I'm sure you're seeing what I'm saying by now so I'll stop because my inner-grammar Nazi is dying to correct this.
In all seriousness, look into physical therapy. A physical therapist will be able to help you without letting you overexert yourself. -
Thank u and I have a problem with some of my words sorry bout that, can we be friends?
