Any one here like to work out? I do. I work at a gym so I've learned a lot from the people here and I've gotten really into fitness and nutrition. I learn from the people I work from and I also like to to do research on a lot of things.
So do you workout occasionally or seriously?
What are your goals in working out?
I workout pretty seriously and my goals right now are to put on some weight. I'm skinny but not like crazy skinny. I just want to put on a little more weight and continue to get stronger. I workout 4-5 times a week and my split goes like this.
Chest and tris, Back and bis, Legs, shoulders. In about 4-5 more weeks I'm going to be changing that up a little bit.
