Living in the past will only ruin what you have now. It sounds like you got into another relationship too soon. And what you love is what you experienced with him. The memories will fade with time. Just move on to new things right now.

Honestly you either need to move on or drop the guy your with it's not fair for your current boyfriend who is investing all of his feelings into the relationship but your not 100% there with him... Ex's are ex's for a reason

ive been in a simular boat to you although my previous guy used me but i was like overly in love with him more than anything and im in a relationship like u for 7 months but gradually i focused more on my current boyfriend and focused my mind gradually on him.It is very hard i know but like people say ex's stay ex's and embrace who you are currently with make him feel speical.I found it best to totally lose contact with ur ex delete him off whatever social network u have and never get back in contact as that can make those memories come back
