I am an extremely impulsive and hyperactive person when I'm in a good mood, which is almost all the time. It gets me into trouble, which makes me sad. When I am sad, I calm down much more easily. Once I'm calmed down from being sad, I feel happy again because I'm not bouncing off the walls anymore... which leads me to go back to being hyper again. It's a vicious cycle and I don't know how to stop it. How can I stay calm and civil after I'm through being sad? Thank you.
