one side stomach fatter then the other?

If I would hold my stomach on the side just above my hips one side feels thicker then the other side and I can feel on the back that there is more fat on one side and the other side is just tighter.

I'm trying to lose a bit of weight for a while already and doing workouts every day for some time already, can it be cause of the workouts? Although I'm doing the same at both sides.

Anyone else has this? or atleast knows how I can get them both equal again?

I dont have this
I have love handles on both sides.
your probably not toning the muscle properly
try doing sit ups and crunches
it evens out the body fast and muscle...

Ye I do situps and some other stuff for the stomach and legs everyday. I don't really know how long I got this already but maybe it's cause of the workouts or something. Just want it to be equal a bit.

it could just be that you have more body fat built up on one side
maybe speak to your doc

It could be your posture. It could be your muscle/muscle tone (especially if you unintentionally favour one side when doing things like sit ups). It could be fat distribution. It could be all in your head.

No matter what, you're probably the only one that notices so I'd try not to worry too much and just continue working out.

One side of my ribcage is bigger than the other (the bones are a noticeably different shape if I run my fingers along them), but I have to suck my stomach in and point it out for it to be apparent to other people.

if you are concerned that it could be something serious then speak to a dietician

Every girl has fat on their stomach onli its not fat. Its extra skin so when your pregnant it stretches! Otherwise youd be a balloon. poky poky poky... pop!

Okay well thanks for all comments, will just keep doing my workouts then.

And ye I already checked in the mirror you can't really see it or anything, just only if you would feel both sides you would notice one is thicker.
