If I would hold my stomach on the side just above my hips one side feels thicker then the other side and I can feel on the back that there is more fat on one side and the other side is just tighter.
I'm trying to lose a bit of weight for a while already and doing workouts every day for some time already, can it be cause of the workouts? Although I'm doing the same at both sides.
Anyone else has this? or atleast knows how I can get them both equal again?
