one side stomach fatter then the other?

      If I would hold my stomach on the side just above my hips one side feels thicker then the other side and I can feel on the back that there is more fat on one side and the other side is just tighter.

      I'm trying to lose a bit of weight for a while already and doing workouts every day for some time already, can it be cause of the workouts? Although I'm doing the same at both sides.

      Anyone else has this? or atleast knows how I can get them both equal again?

      It could be your posture. It could be your muscle/muscle tone (especially if you unintentionally favour one side when doing things like sit ups). It could be fat distribution. It could be all in your head.

      No matter what, you're probably the only one that notices so I'd try not to worry too much and just continue working out. :)

      One side of my ribcage is bigger than the other (the bones are a noticeably different shape if I run my fingers along them), but I have to suck my stomach in and point it out for it to be apparent to other people.

      Okay well thanks for all comments, will just keep doing my workouts then.

      And ye I already checked in the mirror you can't really see it or anything, just only if you would feel both sides you would notice one is thicker.
