my mother is currently in jail for six months for financial crime and I am her 14 year old daughter . I may get some flack for supporting a criminal but her crime wasn't against me so I think I will support her in this way. I was some good books or magazines to send to an inmate. The types not allowed are things inciting racial hatred, rioting, making drugs, violence or escaping from jail but that's nothing to worry about she would never read that kind of stuff anyway. Books need to be sent directly from publisher as well


i was wondering if there were any good specific books to send to an inmate. I don't really read too much

Would dramatic or weighty type books be a good idea for an inmate or would more lighthearted type things be more appropriate?
