I know I'm not a teen, but I used this site when I was & it is somewhat helpful.
I already know I will get lectured, so please spare me. I just want to know what is going on. I've had deep feelings for a former co-worker, "Mike", for almost 2 years. I kid you not, I didn't know he was married until I was already sprung on him. He's a total flirt, but said in the beginning that he's happily married and loves his wife (then again, this was about a year ago). I don't know when he realized I like him, but he's known for a long time. He treated me differently than any other female at work because I liked him, meaning he flirted with me way harder.
After I quit due to personal reasons, I've always visited when I was in the area. Ever since I quit, he's gotten bolder about flirting with me. He almost always hugs me and we tend to hug each other tighter. He's called me "beautiful", he has checked me out numerous times, called me his "future wife" a couple of times, etc. The past few times we've seen each other, things have gotten a bit more intense. I recently heard he's getting a divorce from 3 people, though I don't know if it's true and I don't want to ask. He doesn't ACT like he's happy in his marriage, though. Last week when I visited, he jokingly told me that this guy we were talking to was looking for a girlfriend. I said "I'm not looking for a boyfriend" and Mike goes "you have a boyfriend? you're cheating on me already?" Also, he asked me who I was there with and I said my mom and he said "my mother-in-law is here?" When he asked me how I was doing, I said good and asked him how he was. He said "I'm good now that you're here" and gave me a smirk. When I went to say goodbye, I hugged me and at first he goes "be good, okay?" so I started to let go and he hugged me closer and goes "no...be very, very, very bad" in my ear, slow and sexy.
I visited Friday with my best friend who used to work there as well and he gave her a quick hug, then hugged me and goes "you're breaking my bones, break them some more". I guess my friend was looking at him weirdly because he asked "get a room?" and she said "yeah get a room". We held each other for like 10 seconds until we started falling over sideways lol.
I know it's wrong because he's married, but I think we both tend to forget he's married when we're in each other's presence. Let me say that I do not go out of my way to go talk to him or anything when I am there. When he sees me, he comes over to me and starts flirting with me. When I am not giving him attention, he gets upset and says I have no manners because I'm not giving him all of my attention. He said he's selfish that way. Why does he act this way towards me? It's not like he has feelings for me and he's married anyway. I'm just so confused. I'm 23 and he's in his early 30's.
