I don't think that is the case, I'm sure that many girls have had the opportunity and didn't do it. I would not say it is a matter of dignity so much as a matter of waiting for what we feel is the right time. Opportunity arises constantly, not everyone chooses to take it.

I beleive in saveing sex for marrige cause, in our genartion today nothing good will come from it, ya you feel good for a few second, then eptieness settles in on your one night stand, or you get an STD. Useing a condom doesn't always work either cuase they don't cover teh whole gentals and they have a 85% chance of breaking. Also don't say " Fien I will have oral" you still can get STDs from that, as well as anal if your thinking of it too. And to cap it off any form of touch to someone else gentals can give you an STD. So I save it for my baby when I get married.
