So I've been good friends with this girl for about a year, and I've had a crush on her for a while. She has recently started to show signs that she may be interested in me as well. So we did go to homecoming last year, but it was as friends. I plan to ask her again this year, and want to be a little more romantic with how I ask, to show I'm interested. Would this be a good way to try and further my relationship with her?
