Lemon Drizzle Mug Cake
Ingredients:
1 Lemon
3 TBSP self raising flor
3 TBSP sugar
Pinch of salt
1 egg
2 TBSP oil
Icing:
4 TBSP icing sugar
Squeeze of lemon juice
Method:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a mug
2. Zest and juice the lemon. Add to the dry ingredients, mix well
3. Add the egg and oil, mix until smooth. No lumps.
4. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Keep an eye on it.
5. Drizzle the icing on top and enjoy!
You can add cream on top
