Hi guys!! I'm eighteen years old and lives in Toronto. It's been 2 months since I slept peacefully. I had a drug problem but I'm completely clean now. I went through several medications, might be because of that I feel terrible pain in my stomach when I sleep. I would stay up the whole night because of the pain and be dog tired the next day. I have researched and saw that insomnia treatment would help to overcome this issue. Is it worth spending money? Please help me with this!! I haven't slept in 2 months.

Okay we just covered this in my psychology class. Basically, the last thing you want is to take drugs or treatments to make you sleep. Suggested methods of overcoming insomnia are:
- Tensing up all of your muscles as you are laying down, then relaxing them one by one.
- Never consuming any stimulants such as caffeine before you plan on going to bed.
- If you still can't sleep after 20 minutes, get up from your bed and walk around for a while and then try again. Doing so will avoid making your mind associate not being able to sleep with your bed.
You’re still here? Get out of here, the movie’s over. - Tensing up all of your muscles as you are laying down, then relaxing them one by one.

I agree that you need to take medications for sleep.
