Ok. So I have struggled with weight a lot of my life due to poor life and dietary choices in my past. I used to weigh 278lbs. But as of about a year and a half of dieting, exercising and actually sticking to a routine plan, I will openly admit I am still on the heavier side and weigh 147lbs, keep in mind I am only 5'0". (10lbs in which I gained back within these last two weeks making poor choices on food but we all do that sometimes) Now comes my question. Do I look ok appearance wise ? Or do I still look fat? Its ok to be fully honest, I mean I did ask for it.
But I'm not close to perfect. I'm not close to sane. I'm not the one to worship. And I'm not the one to blame.
