As you grow up you will want to exercise less . But since I deleted facebook and other social networks I have been more active !!! horsriding ,yoga,kick boxing etc.. try to forse yourself at first and afterwards , the need to exercise will come naturally . Music is a great way , try working out with friends or with your pet if you have . hmm try running to different places ! if you go through the same areas every day , it will be absolutely boring but if you explore your city/town .
