I dont understand the fact "Losing Weight" or "Diet"
I am thin and maybe thats why? I little bit agree with the fact that teenagers should not diet. There are lot other ways to lose weight if you are serious with it. Dieting can make you weaker or unhealthy and teenage life is the right time to build up your body and be healthy so that you don't have problems later on. -

I'm not sure that people can strictly follow dieting in their day to day life. It is really a tough task for me to follow strict dieting. I feel that practising yoga will help to reduce wait. While surfing in the net I got few informations regarding the benefits of yoga and the things that can be achieved by practising yoga. -
what u cood do is like play computer for an hour then do like 100 curl ups etc thats what i do and dont eat at the computer that will help also dont drink to much pop thats all i can think of for now c ya
