Hi!! I'm 20 years old and I have been suffering from severe sinus for the past 10 years. I'm not able to study or use laptop for more than an hour. Because of this sinus, I'm not able to attend my classes regularly and my academics are not that good. I'm always at the doctor for this sinus infection. I have consulted many doctors and have taken lots of medicines. I'm just fed up of this. This is affecting my mental health.
One of my aunts suggested undergoing massage therapy from a clinic in Toronto. She said that she has seen many people considering this procedure to treat sinus infection. This was new to me so I googled it. I saw mixed reviews regarding massage therapy. I'm just confused. I would like to know if anyone here has undergone massage therapy to treat sinus. If not, what treatment have you taken to get rid of the sinus infection? Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks!!
