Hi, so at the beginning of our senior year of high school, our friend group started to split in half, because of various reasons. Me and another girl were trying to get in with this other friend group who is super fun and positive, but also super close knit. My best friend is already close friends with somebody in that friend group, so her transition was quite easy, but I’m caught in this awkward in between, and I don’t know if they want be, or if I’m annoying. Im super shy till I get to know people, so making new friends if very difficult, and I am having incredible difficulty becoming close with these people, because I don’t know what to talk about. I don’t know what to do, try to keep worming y way, in or give up and lose my best friend to that group. Any input would be appreciated!
