My friend, Charles was involved in a DUI case. He met with an accident in the night time. When taken to the hospital, it was found that the alcohol level was high.

The cop charged a case for impaired driving. Are there any ways to escape him from the case? He is planning to do his higher studies abroad. His parents are extremely worried.
