Military diet

    • Military diet

Hello, I am 12 years old (i know im not a teen yet but i need some advice so help me out) and was 99.6 pounds. I tried the Military Diet,
and did all 3 days (i cheated a bit, i had 2 extra saltine crackers, i
skipped greenbeans because i was nauseated by the taste, and instead of
natural peanut butter i had the normal one with 3g sugar and stuff) I
was sort of expecting to lose more, my goal is 86 pounds. so i did the
diet (with all of those cheats) and i lost 2.2 pounds. so now i am 97.4
pounds. Was i supposed to lose more? the diet claims that you will lose
10 pounds or so if you try the diet. i only lost two pounds...was it
because of the cheating a bit or did i have high expectations..

is this in the right forum board?

EDIT: i was expecting to lose at least 5 pounds...i only did the 3 day
diet, today i am starting the 4 day maintenance if you have not gotten
the results you wanted in the 3 days. Also forgot to mention i am 4 foot

    • The military eating routine, likewise called the 3-day diet, is a weight reduction diet that can enable you to lose up to 10 pounds in seven days. The military eating routine arrangement includes a 3-day supper plan pursued by 4 days off, and the week by week cycle is rehashed and again until the point that you achieve your objective weight.
