    • And don't forget to take care of yourself. Even work on yourself and set goals, like maybe join an exercise club (not to lose weight but to increase muscle tone), join a glee club or a club that involves something you are interested in. Perhaps go to a spa once in awhile and get a massage, listen to music you enjoy, etc.
      You are going through a painful time in your life and you need to heal from this sad experience. It's OK to cry. Please be gentle and patient with yourself and do things that can sooth and comfort you. :)
