What's the best way to track ones weight? where do you go to check yours? I was thinking of having a look on mine every now and then once my diet plan is renewed obvs

I don't track my weight. I eat when I'm hungry. I try not to eat too much or the wrong kinds of foods, (emphasis on the word "try"), and what ever weight I am, that's the weight I am.
I try to have good posture and wear clothes that look good and if that's not good enough for a guy (if he's so concerned about my weight), then maybe I don't want someone who's judgmental and shallow for a significant other. What's to stop him from "leaving me" when someone thinner or prettier crosses his path?

if i dont find one, im sure the local clinic can let me use one like every 2 weeks as they do emphasis weight loss and control i do know
