I'm a 16 year old male with anxiety. I know for certain that I want to shave my head, and I have for 4 years. Whenever I try to ask my parents, though, I get a rush of anxiety just about asking. I really want to do this but my anxiety is stopping me from asking. I have an amazing relationship with my parents and I'm sure they would let me, but I'm wndering now if I should do it without telling anybody. All advice will be considered.
