Lately I’ve had a couple of dreams where I felt like someone was spying on me; I don’t really think dreams “mean” anything but I’m wondering if anyone has any idea why I’m having dreams like that or has had the same

That's a very good question. When we have the same dream over and over again, it often means something.

She's very good at teaching us how to interpret our dreams.
