Poetry :o

    • Mirror Tree
I'm climbing the branches of a mirror tree.
      Higher and lower I go.
      I grab one false limb,
And I tumble all the way up.
I enjoy the view from where I've fallen to,
      and long for somewhere
Both higher and lower then here.
      Colorless
      An orb,
      hidden by clouds
      offers guidance.
      but he is fearful.

      Blurred by rain,
      he darts-
      careful to lose himself
      in every cloud.

      He finds himself trapped.
      Unable to see,
      he runs,
      but only becomes more lost.

      An orb
      hidden by clouds,
      leaves the world
      Colorless...

      Reflection
      See my reflection.
Can you tell its not real?
      All these hidden emotions,
      that he and I feel.

A blank look that I give,
a blank look I get back.
      Searching my own eyes
      for something I lack.

      I'm closing my eyes,
      with my hands–shield my face
Think of things that are gone,
      things that I can't replace.

      He waves at me slowly.
      I slowly wave back.
We both bend and we bend
'Til I break with a crack.

      Untitled (Suggest something? :o)
      Reconsider this thought
please just think of it well
what if there is a heaven
what if there is a hell

      would you change your direction
      would you cry in regret
would you flop like a bird
whos been caught in a net

i dont know yet what ill do
      but this is for sure
i dont want you to pass by
      like you are a blur.

      A billion reflections
will they all do this bad
      just a couple small shards
      of a window once had

      i cry out quite softly
      for somone who's gone
      for somone who loves me
      as more then a pawn

      I listen for something
      there's noone i guess
in the end its all nothing
      your letdown, my mess

Very nice works. I liked them all but especially the 2nd one and the last one. They are really great! Have you ever thought about trying to publish a few? There is no way I could suggest a title for something so personal like that. It'll find you eventually. I didn't really like Reflection though. No offense, but that one seemed a little contrived.

I might post a few poems I wrote too
