i really like chad smith from rhcp, he doesnt overpower the band but is really tallented and it comes across, as he always has the right groove for the music. hes probably my main influence, along with the guy who played on the first Infectious Grooves album.
Danny carey is awsome, and he has great skills, but sometimes, that sorta music is too technical to really get into.
