I really need some advice. Last august my dad filed for divorce, and my life has gone downhill ever since. He took all the money from the joint account my parents shared and moved it into a private account, leaving my mom, the primary caregiver, with nothing to support us. He continues to live with us, (the divorce is still in progress. He just refuses to move out) supplying constant abuse. Last month he pushed me down the stairs. Sometimes I think I'm going insane! I know that it's hard to actually hate a parent, but it's hard to breathe with him around! Can someone please help me?

... i dont really know what i m supposed to say but i think u have every right to hate ur father and after all that he has done, its a miracle that u can even call him dad. its so sad when kids are the ones who suffer from their parents mistakes. of course u have to do sth. have u ever talked to ur mother about it? i dont think theres much u could do, ur mother is the only one who could do sth about this situation... wont ur father move out after the divorce? if yes, then u ll just have to wait until then, but if no, i think u should tell ur mother that u should try to stay somewhere else. i m sure its not easy but u just cant stay with him anymore..

Under theese sort of circumstances, it makes perfect sense to hate a parent. Btw, there are several dozen laws that could come into play him. Now, kids can usually deny visitation to a parent so long as their a certain age. If the judge were to hear about this abuse, then the case would probably lean more towards that.It is a sad day when an innocent nation's flag is decried as hate speech.
If I say it, I believe it. Most of the time, anyway.

As far as I can tell, he plans to leave the house when hell freezes over. I'm not sure why he wants to spend time with me, but i think its because he wants some form of control over the rest of the family.[SIZE=7][/SIZE] -
Your father is odviousely abusive. From a non-expert standpoint, he loves being in power and hates when he's not. The worst thing that can happen to someone like that (so far as they're concerned)? Prison. Sounds like he deserves it to me.It is a sad day when an innocent nation's flag is decried as hate speech.
