I'm not allowed to wear loads of make up like foundation and have no money for cleansers/moisturisers. Are there any other more natural ways of getting better skin without spending much money?
How Do I Make Myself Look Better Without Make Up?

just tender love and care thats all your skin needs
wash your face twice a day.. once with hot water to open the pores, then with cold water to flush out any nasty stuff.
you could look on the internet on how to make your own face mask. cause they work wonders[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Go to bed early and wake up early too. Make sure you get more than 8 hours sleep daily. Eat healthy food and yeah, drink lots of water...it'll make your skin as soft as babies.Girl, put your records on, tell me your favourite song..You go ahead, let your hair down
Sapphire and faded jeans, I hope you get your dreams, just go ahead, let your hair down.

I'll try and get a cheap moisturiser. And drink water. And wash my face twice, once with cold and once with hot. Get lots of sleep. And eat healthily.
-
Stay away from things like dairy products, it'll give you acne and such too.
-
Ok but I have to have some dairy products cos it is part of a balanced diet. But I won't have too much.
-
soy milki don't sleep
-
Drink water, eat fruits <2 yummies.. And you could buy cover stick which looks natural, and is cheap.
-
Do exercise, change your hair style , have a healthy diet , get sleep , drink water. It will start to show soon enough.
-
avoid oily food, fried food, fast food, and junk food. wash your face with hot water in the morning and before you sleep
-
Just to clarify on the toothpaste thing [cause I'm afraid of what will happen if you don't do it correctly]:
After you wash your face at night, put a dab of toothpaste [preferably Crest brand] on each pimple/ spot you want to fix, NOT your whole face (!!) and leave it on over night.
Then wash it off in the morning. This is supposed to dry out the individual spots and make them less inflamed and smaller.
I've never actually tried this because I have "problem acne" and need perscription cream, but I have friends who swear by it when they want to clear up their face of stubborn zits
Hope I helped! -
I like this thread. I'm gona eat a 'nana and drink some water right now...i found jesus

SLEEP like your life depended on it. My skin goes from 100% to 50% after a night of less than 8 hrs sleep.

There isn't enough research and evidence to prove this.
Eat them if you like, just don't go overboard. 2 bags of doritos aren't gonna make you break out in cystic pimples. -
If you have puffy eyes or bags under your eyes cold teabags work to get rid of that.
Make sure you drink lots of water - for good skin. -
You could get plastic surgery, no make-up involved there.
