i love track and field sports, swimming, gymnastics, lots of stuff! i do gymnastics, i love swimming and i am quite a good runner and hurdler, i like long jump too but am rubbish at triple jump and usually end up falling over and laughing!
I am a sports lover and into sports myself. I used to play volleyball way back then.
Now that I am a parent, I know how important it is to keep my children healthy and fit.
I see to it that they just don't sit down watch tv or play mobile games all day round.
I play with them outside. Taught them to ride bicycles, let them play with other children etc
I'm planning to create a playground for my kids as they are growing up so fast. I will slowly build up
their stamina by letting them have fun exercising through games. Then when they grow up, I'll introduce
them to sports.
