      take it slow. dont force anything. If you two really like each other, you're gonna go out. Sure, having a relationship may have some risks. But the greatest risk of all is not risking anything. If she doesnt go out with you even though she likes you, she'll feel regret one day. Because trying something out and regretting it later is not as painful as forever wondering what COULD have been...

      if i were you, i'd flirt and stuff, but would avoid doing anything over-the-top. maybe she just needs to take things slow.
