I've never been an "angry" person. I'm very empathedic, so i tendto absorb the feelings of others. so aparantly i'v absorbed a lot of anger, and also, just simply bottled up my own anger.
i've never had a release for this anger, and never even thought about it. so i dont know how to let it go. any sugestions?
