I start tomorrow. I have no tips lolHello, how are you?
-
i've been doing it since freshman year.
and i've enjoyed every minute of it.
mostly becasue of the people though.
stay hydrated.
and even during a workout you feel like stopping
keep going because you feel so good when you;re done."TO GIVE ANYTHING LESS THAN YOUR BEST WOULD BE TO SACRIFICE THE GIFT."

don't stop running when you get tired.
it will hurt at first like a mother, but you have to keep going
thats the only way that you will get better.
i also suggest that you start to run on your own before
you start running with the team. and push yourself, you
won't get better if you're not going past your comfort zone.Life was on our tongues, it tasted heavenly so good... -
For a start run everyday about a 1 mile to start then keep on increasing everyday. Then come race day dont use all ur energy at the start save some for the end the land 300ft. of the race think of something that scarys u
that what works for me -
well first of all!
1. eat lots of fruits and begetables
2. drink alot of water
3. everyday take atleast half an hour out of ur time and go for lil jogs or runs or walks.
better way to do it would be start with walsk den jogs and then runs
