We talked about it and in a few months we are just going to stop trying to prevent pregnancy, and just let it happen. We feel that we are ready and we will probably discuss it with our parents and do a bit more research before making the final decision.
We are gonna do it.

Good luck, make sure your completely ready. Having a child is a lifelong commitment. You can't decide in 2 years that you don't want to take care of him/her anymore.
Good luck, make sure you're ready. -
We wouldn't be considering it if we weren't ready.

That's wonderful knowing you're trying for a child. I wish you much happiness, you and your partner.
Sometimes the best memories people make, are new ones.

Wow, congratulations mate..

I really think this is the best way to have a baby - just let it happen.
I've seen a lot of people 'try' for a baby time and time again without luck - if it just happens then it was the right time -
good luck. Make sure you have those $200,000 you'll be needing to raise him. That's without the other 150k you'll need for college. Plus any emergencies that might occur.

Like I said, if we weren't able to do it, we woiuldn't be considering it. We are more level headed than that.

I dont think It is anyones Place to say go for it or dont.
But a few things.
1.Are you commited to this other person (if they are female) would you stick by her no matter how hard it gets?? and visa versa Is this lad the right person for you?
2.Are you ready to Have a children?
3. would you be able to look after this child and give him what he needs. (would it be better to wait a couple years when collage is finished and you have a job or income?
4.Can you cope with late nights, early wakups, crying, random awakening?
If its all right for you then go for it -

1. I am married to him.
2. Yes, I am ready to have a child, or a few children.
3. I am out of college, I have a job and two steady means of income.
4. I work in a field that requires that of me now, it would be no change. We are actively trying to get pregnant. -
