walking is supposed to reduce pain...
you can also get these heat patch things, which you just stick on to the inside of your underwear near your stomach, and then they heat up themselves with your body heat...they last for about 8-12 hours, so theyre well worth it, and they dont even cost much... -
But i do not get pain really, i get leaking. they would just sooth the pain, not solving the problem of feeling very uncomfortable with the running.

I know how you feel. I get really heavy on the second, third, and fourth day. I don't use tampons...hate them. Anyways, I usually just wear two thin, long super absorbing pads. That has always seemed to work for me.
The pain is my problem. I can't function all week if I do not take medicine. All that pamprin, midol, and stuff does not work a bit for me. You know what works for me? Excedrin.....haha**♥**

Use tampons. Heavy ones. They're not scary, I promise, lol. Just change them often.
Have you ever heard of the Diva Cup? It's actually pretty neat and would solve your leakage problem.
Google it. It looks and sounds gross, but really isn't that bad. -
Yeah, i would have thought thicker pads were the best, which i use. Not too uncomfortable.
That cup seems very good, i havent heard about that, thanks.
How the hell would you get hold of them -

Some drug stores have them. Ask your doctor. You might have to order it online.
