      I go about 4x a week
      i go to planet fitness

      day 1
      cardio
      *circuit training
      abs

      day 2
      cardio
      *circuit training
      abs
      additional arms machines

      day 3
      cardio
      *circuit training
      abs
      additional leg machine

      day 4
      cardio
      abs
      *circuit training
      cardio
      free weights


      *planet fitness has a circuit training area containing back, leg, chest, arms, etc. exercises
      i normally do 4 reps of 10 in circuit training

      on days 2 and 3 if other machines are crowded i do an extra 3 reps of 12 for that body parts machine in circuit training



      also, what gym do you guys go to?

      Incline DB Bench
      Tri Pushdown
      Standing Calves
      Abs

      Tuesday
      Clean and Jerk
      Front Squat
      Chinups
      Dips (skull crushers- hurt shoulder doing them)
      Stiff legged deadlift
      Abs

      Thursday
      Deadlift
      Bench
      Curl Variation
      Seated DB Press
      Seated Calves
      Closed Grip Bench


      And i add Barbell complexes from time to time.

      All of my workouts are resistance based. I don't have a gym membership or any weights. I have a pull-up bar and a $40 stationary bike from craigslist. My schedule usually looks like this:

      Monday-
      Cardio
      Back and legs
      Abs

      Tuesday-
      Cardio
      Heavy stretching

      Wednesday-
      Cardio
      Chest and arms
      Abs

      Thursday-
      Cardio
      Heavy Stretching

      Friday-
      Cardio
      Legs and back
      Abs

      Saturday-
      Lots of Cardio
      Stretching

      Sunday-
      Stretching and rest


      My workouts tend to be very back and leg oriented because my main sport is rowing which is all back and legs.

      I alternate between cardio and muscle routines.

      day 1: Upper back/pecks/Legs

      day 2: Jog/skipping/boxing (maybe abs)

      day 3: Biceps/Triceps/Shoulders

      day 4: Jog/Abs/Lower back

      day 5: Upper body overall strength training inc. lots of chinups, and such exercises affecting the upper back/down the sides of the back.

      day 6: Jog/abs/boxing/skipping

      Repeat. I mix it up if muscles are saw. Occasionally I'll do a double workout, but not often. I never mix cardio and muscle training.

      Right now im mostly bodyweight exercises, only weights are what i have lieing around, which is working fine for now, waiting for my mate to get his arse in gear before renewing gym sub from last year.....


      anyways, i do a muscle group every 3 days, its not a weekly routine.

      Its just
      1 Chest/tri's/shoulders
      2 Back/Biceps
      3 Legs/abs


      repeat.


      Chest try's shoulders day is usualy

      3 sets of 8 weighted dips
      3 sets of 15 raised press ups
      3 sets of 5 planche press ups (put my feet against a wall because i cant balance otherwise, also makes em a tad easier)
      2 sets 12 skull crushers to finish, by then my tri's are pretty hammered anyway.

      Back/biceps:

      5 sets 10 weighted pulls up.
      3 sets bicep curls


      Leg's/ab's:

      3 sets 20 bw squats (more of a warm up)
      3 sets 8 1 legged bw squats.
      3 sets 15 lunges with db's.
      then a shit tonnes of crunches, v-sits, leg raises, w/e i feel like on the day, infact about half the time i miss ab's out all together.
