yeah man there really isnt a problem with it... and if all your doing is like once a night before going to sleep then you definitley aren't addicted. If it helps you get to sleep that much then just do it and dont worry.

I wont push you to masturbate but... why would you want to quit? It's not immature, if taht's bothering you. Even grown up people (in relationships, married etc) masturbate.
So, if you ask me is it worth quiting - no it's not. I don't see any good from quiting, just bad (problems with sleeping, frustration, wet dreams - if you are a guy, less control over your body etc etc).
