If we're talking rock it would be Trapt, but if we're taking into account subgenres I'd say Hour of Penance

mayday parade well before i liked their music .. tha's because i felt depress about someone.. but now i don't listen to much rock bands.. but they were my fav at the time.

Damn, that is difficult. I have so many favourites.

My favourite is Skillet, because they fall into my favourite genre of music (symphonic rock).
But others include 30 Seconds To Mars and Breaking Benjamin.

well i can't decide which is my favourite so all these bands are my favourite 30 seconds to mars, breaking benjamin, red, red hot chilli peppers, biffy clyro.

It's about an even split between Metallica and Megadeth >.>
