Being a graphic designer for about 5-6 years. I can tell you that it looks like you just took a background and pasted a render on it and slapped text on it.

-Sno | Actually I made the background myself from gradient. Also made the line glow effect & star effects that are included. As well for the picture, I cut out the background so that I could get just the person.

And I don't know what a "stock" is, & nor do I save .PSD files of every image I make.

BTW when u said you have been doing graphic design for almost a year do you mean as a hobby, just learning, or (definitely not) professional as in you make moneees. It came off that way to me. if i were you i would say just learning.
