Posture doesn't effect it. Maybe you mean overall body size. And that is not true too. Short as well as tall guys can have all sizes. To answer your question: no, that is not a normal size for a 14 yo. The would be one of the biggest penises ever - for men, not just teenagers. With that size you have to be very careful when you have intercourse, because you can hurt people very quickly with that.
