  • Quote from Esmo: “The vast majority of this thread is in fact off the original subject, and the miniscule amount of people who replied isn't nearly enough to bother with a percentage.” So I was insanely bored... Only 10 out of the 89 posts in this thread even remotely touch the question of whether or not they agree with Jake. Of those 10 posts, 8 agreed. *complex math formula* 80% agree with Jake. However, from a sample of 10 people it's nowhere near conclusive.

First, a quick background. I'm 16 years old, a junior in highschool, and I'm pretty anti-social. I have a small group of friends I talk to and I keep to myself mostly. I've never held a job before. The summer is coming up and my mom is pretty much forcing me to get a job. Personally I can envision myself getting a small job at like a supermarket or store-type place. However, my mom and both my sisters work for the local city recreation center and that's what my mom is trying to force me to do. O…

  • Quote from Giggity: “But if I turn it off it goes into recovery mode and won't let me do anything til I recover” Right. If you watch blackra1n when you first run it the first thing it does is enter the iDevice into recovery mode. While it's sitting in recovery mode just re-run blackra1n and it'll boot it up fine.

  • Quote from Giggity: “I decided I would do this for now, because it's stupid to let it sit in recovery mode while I figure things out. I did everything I normally do but when I install installous, I get "note: the requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found or fixed." and it says "cancel/queue" what do? The first 3 times I jailbroke it this never happened. Model: MC086LL FML.” You do know if you turn it off/it dies …

  • Quote from moot: “^There is no third-gen 16GB, but that is otherwise correct.” I knew I got that wrong, I kept typing 16 and 32 and thinking "there's something else." The correct sizes are 32GB and 64GB.

  • To clarify: The 8GB 3G model (latest, sold in Apple stores right now) is the 2G model rebranded as 3G. The actual 3G iPod Touches (an iTouch is not a product) are the 32GB and 64GB; these are the ones with the updated processors and such. ONLY the 3G 8GB (the rebranded 2G) with it's model number starting with MC (Settings -> General -> About) is tethered. The rest are untethered.

Hopefully there will be some sort of revolution before the "future," otherwise everyone will be antisocial slobs who gobble up everything the government tells them too. There better be those awesome floaty skateboards from BttF, too.

  • Ever since the gay liberation, the homosexual agenda attempts to recruit younger and more susceptible people. Even though one may not remember making a "conscience" decision about being gay, he or she did at one point in life. We know genetics play a role in personality, and recent studies have found strong links between extreme genetic mutations and homosexuality. One may be more susceptible to accepting homosexuality than others. The Bible, in many ways, treats homosexuality as a sin. Does thi…
