I've watched Dexter since the first season, and I think it's an awesome show. No other show has had me waiting all week to see it. Although I think the first season was the best, the second was pretty good, the third one that just finished was good but some of the allure Dexter had before is gone. It's just not quite the same anymore.

I despise wrestlers who drop lots of weight just to weigh in low and then gain it right back. How about actually eating good and staying at a decent place, instead of starving yourself to gain that advantage? Like I've said before, unless it's someone you really trust not to let it out like your brother or his friend, then I wouldn't tell. If you tell a relative and they get concerned and raise the topic it could lead to serious family troubles. However, if you have a good friend which you trust and truly cares about you, then maybe you should tell them.

I think in time we will have an Atheist President, it will probably be quite a number of years though. The majority of America is still religious, and an Atheist President just doesn't align with their views like a religious one would.

If I have homework (which I usually do) it'll probably be 2 hours worth, but I always half-ass it and get it done in 30 minutes to an hour. I can't stand doing homework for extended periods of time. I plan on getting my Masters. Might as well go all the way if I'm going to go to college- better 6 years now then going back for 2 years at the same time that I'm working. I know a guy who is doing that, and he is just miserable having to do school and work at the same time, he doesn't have hardly any time at all free.

My normal physician just asked my mom to leave the room when he gave me my physical, correctly understanding that a teenager doesn't want his mom in the room. Recently I had one done with another doctor, and my mom just said "I'm looking away". I'm personally not real comfortable with my parents being in the room. Although I'd be more comfortable with my dad being there than my mom.

Luckily my parents are together, although they came damn close when my mom was an alcoholic (I recently learned my dad drafted the Divorce papers in order to give her a wake up call- but it only ended up making it worse). Anyway, I agree with rodesiao, things are rushed nowadays, and people get married a lot faster than they used to and don't take as much time to truly learn about each other and decide if they're really meant for each other and can really handle kids.
