SO. It did this twice yesterday, the first time my screen started to shake by and forth, even when I did control+alt+delete so it goes to that one screen. And it doesn't let me restart when it's doing that so I -have- to unplug which, I know, I'm not supposed to do. Is it my monitor or computer?
