I'm sure he wants the same thing as you. You're just both too shy, someone has to make a move first, and if it isn't him, it's gotta be you. He likes you obviously, so he's not gonna get mad or reject you if you try to take it to the next step. He's probably just gonna be relieved.

I know how you feel but the best thing to do is to keep yourself occupy with other activities. Go out and have fun with your friends and try not to think about him too much.
