Well as above but you know her better than any of us and if you think she'll be upset theres a few tactful ways you could go about it, you could suggest a clear out of things she could sell etc make out you saw on some programme how people have several hundred pounds worth of stuff they dont use (I saw it on a programme hehe) Or suggest she redecorates to go with the new bed or something and you'll help. That way you can sneakily tidy up around her. theres loads of excuses when you think about i…

Thats not even nearly enough, honestly get help please.. speak to your parents or a doctor because thats how I started.. Its been 5 years now and Im much healthier now but I cut down to around that and didnt stop cutting down. Im not proud but it was a big part of my life and I cant deny that and I don't want to see others doing the same thing. Ignoring the throwing up part just for a moment, an average woman needs 2000 calories a day, this is dependant on your lifestyle and size etc. Looking at…

  • Its not your fault, he was mentally unstable. Some people don't have the capacity to deal with things the way the rest of the world does and unless he expressed this feeling to anyone its no-ones fault including his. He needed help and never asked for it (that we know of) therefor it is no-ones fault. Especially not yours, you were there for him for 3 years and he betrayed that trust its not your fault how he reacted to it. It will take time to come to terms with it all but it may help to speak …

Speak to someone about this now before it becomes such a large part of your life you don't want to, and trust me it will if you leave it and don't get help. You can admit its a problem which is good, but the fact you still do it and dont feel as bad after shows the mentality to develop an eating disorder is there, which isn't good. Speak to your parents if you can, they can help get you the help that you need failing that your GP is a good person to speak to. On a side note, your other thread ab…

  • You might have a food intolerance your not aware of, it doesnt have to be very acid-y foods that cause it but for people prone to it they dont help. If your body finds it hard to digest a certain type of food it can react in many different ways for some its a rash, others its vomiting some get heartburn the range of reactions is very extensive. See your GP who may be able to suggest something or prescribe something that will kick in faster but I'd recommend cutting out food groups one at a time …

Quote from nenafan: “its energy drink?? i thought these make u NOT sleep.... not opposite?” When a body recieves a large amount of energy quickly it becomes accustomed to it and its metabolic rates adjust accordingly, but because of the type of sugar within energy drinks its used up relatively quickly and not at a slow constant pace. Therefor once that energy source is done the bodies metabolic rate is out of sync resulting in a 'crash' until it rectifies itself using homeostasis.

Well at least your noticing its a problem, that alone is a good start. So many people don't realise the damage they are doing, even after being in therapy. I know you worry about what others think but your admitting yourself you need help and cant do this alone, or else you wouldnt be here, so you have to talk to someone. I know you dont want to see therapists again and how irritating they can be but they do help. Yu have to get to the root of your problems, whether your bulimia is ultimately yo…
